Return & Exchange Policy – PreetiFY
🕒 Return & Exchange Window
Return or Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges will be processed only after the return pickup is completed.
In case your desired exchange product is out of stock, our team will contact you with alternatives.
💸 Refunds via Store Credit
Refunds are issued only as Store Credit, except in cases of wrong or damaged products.
Store Credit is shared after the return is picked up.
Valid for lifetime and applicable only on the product value (not shipping).
Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
🔁 One-Time Return Rule
Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
🚨 Damaged, Defective or Missing Products
For damaged or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Share clear photos using the return link to process replacement / store credit / refund.
Color variation and minor imperfections in handcrafted items are not considered defects.
🛍️ Store Credit Details
Issued within 24 hours of return pickup.
Sent via email.
Valid for lifetime.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not free—₹200 will be deducted from the refund in such cases.
🌍 International Orders
International customers must self-ship returns and bear all related shipping/customs fees.
No reverse pickups for international orders.
Refunds/store credits will be given only for product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
You can also return through someone traveling to India on your behalf.
For damaged international orders, please email proof at support@preetify.com. Our team will assist with the next steps and offer store credit or a full refund where applicable.
💰 Refunds
Refunds to original payment method are only available in cases of wrong or damaged items.
All other returns are refunded in Store Credit only.
⏱ Timeline:
12–14 days for return to reach us
1–2 days for inspection
2–3 days for internal processing
2–3 days for bank/portal to reflect the refund
🧾 COD Refunds:
Customers must prepay ₹199 to initiate a COD refund.
A secure refund link will be shared to your registered email/contact.
If the link isn’t redeemed within 3 months, contact us for a new one.
🔚 Final Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PreetiFY reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all return/refund cases.
Items purchased on Nykaa, Myntra, etc. are not eligible for return/exchange via our site.
Courier services are handled by third-party partners. We may not always have direct control over their delivery actions, and your cooperation is appreciated.
