At PreetiFY, we aim to deliver your favorite ethnic styles to your doorstep safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms to understand how we handle orders.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 extra COD handling charge.
International Shipping
Availability: We ship to selected international countries.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery Timeline: 10–20 working days depending on customs clearance and logistics.
Custom Duties & Taxes: These are payable by the customer and vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking link and details. You can also track your order through your PreetiFY account.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
Public holidays, natural events, or lockdowns
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
Courier issues beyond our control
Important Notes
Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
Ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
